For your convenience, evening and Saturday appointments are available. Private pay. Insurance filing is the responsibility of the
client. I do not work directly with any insurance companies at this time. However, I am aggressively pursuing credential with
insurance panels in Arizona and will post those panels here when I am accepted. In the meantime, I work with insurance panels on an
out-of-network basis. Please check with your health care insurance provider about out-of-network services. I also accept VISA,
Mastercard, and American Express, personal checks, and cash. I offer a sliding scale based on need.

If you believe you are in immediate danger due to thoughts or plans about suicide, please call the Empact Suicide Prevention Center
in Tempe at 480-784-1514 or visit your nearest emergency room and ask for the psychologist or psychiatrist on call.
