Given the highly personal nature of your questions and needs, please leave contact information that you are

Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9am through 6pm. Last appointment of the day is 5:00pm.

Payment Options: I am on the Cigna, BCBS, Aetna, Aetna ASU, Healthnet/MHN, United, Medicare,
and Mines & Associates insurance panels. I work with other insurance panels on an out-of-network basis.
Please check with your health care insurance provider about out-of-network services.

I accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash.

If you believe you are in immediate danger due to thoughts or plans about hurting yourself,
please call 911 or the Empact Suicide Prevention Center in Tempe at 480-784-1514,
or visit the nearest emergency room and ask for the psychologist or psychiatrist on call.
